Returns + Delivery

Delivery Policy:
CAD Fabulous Inc., and cadfabdigital.com will provide delivery method as chosen by the customer during checkout unless specifically and expressly stated on the website. Customers who wish to use corporate rates through their own account number must email CAD Fabulous Inc., at customerservice@cadfabdigital.com PRIOR to creating an order. CAD Fabulous Inc. is not responsible for neither the delivery methods available in your area nor the pricing stated by the courier.

In some cases CAD Fabulous Inc. through cadfabdigital.com may choose to provide free or heavily discounted shipping. In these such cases it will be expressly stated as to which method of shipping will be used and which delivery company will provide the stated shipping.

Returns & Replacements:
CAD Fabulous Inc., AND cadfabdigital.com will exchange items for only the following reasons:

1. Wrong item shipped.
2. Refused item from Delivery Company due to apparent damage to packaging.
3. Wrongly printed item in non-proportionate scale or discoloration.

CAD Fabulous Inc., AND cadfabdigital.com will accept returned items with a 20% restocking fee for the following reasons:

1. Change of mind.
2. Late delivery.

CAD Fabulous Inc., and cadfabdigital.com will not accept returned items on any custom image printed unless the wrong item has been shipped, item is damaged, or item was wrongly printed in non-proportionate scale. Any damaged package accepted by customer is taken "at customer risk", and CAD Fabulous Inc., and cadfabdigital.com will not be liable for such choice. Any package delivered that has apparent damage should be immediately refused from the courier.
